Life took this dreadful wrong turn...
Now I often sit and cry

Your eldest sons Birthday tomorrow
Hi Doris well it's young Paul's Birthday tomorrow, and i know he'll be missing you so much on his birthday, so stay close to him and maybe send him a wee white feather to let him know you're around.Been to hospital today for blood tests and xrays, (had so many chest infections) so had a chest xray ,and with me having emphysema it doesn't help and an xray on my spine & hip as had a lot of pain for about 10 days now, Your hubbu Paul is still in pain with his foot he had it xrayed but has to wait 3 to 4 weeks for results.I know he is dreading your Birthday approaching on 17th and then it's Christmas and i know this is a really bad time for him too.Stay close to all of us Doris as we are missing you more & more. XXXXXX

How do we convey
Just how we feel
When we lose someone we love?
How do we explain
The deep, lonely pain
The emptiness left in us?
No words can express
The hurt and anguish
Nor touch on how we feel
God shares our tears
And gives us His love
And He, in time, will heal
The hopes and the dreams
We had just remains
Like an unfinished book of their life
As an incomplete chapter
Remains unfinished
With nothing more to write
But we can know God’s comfort
And know there is hope
With a new chapter to begin
We can hold on to God
For He loves us so much
And fills the void within
As we close one chapter
Another can begin
Though the one we love has gone
Through Christ’s strength in us
And hope in our hearts
We find courage to carry on

The day you left broke our hearts
and the tears fell like rain,
but knowing that you now have wings
helps to ease the pain.

We know now when the snow falls
it is Angel dust from you
and when we see a shooting star
our Angel just passed through.

The rain drops do not make us sad
for they are not tears,
but sprinkles of love falling down,
our Angel again is near.

The winter cold has even changed,
Jack Frost no longer exists,
it's now a visit from our Angel
and he's left a special gift.

your wings flutter with grace,
we know now when we awaken
